About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director - AdTech & MarTech to lead and scale our Advertising and Marketing Technology services. This senior leader will drive innovation, delivery excellence, and strategic growth across our global AdTech & MarTech operations. The role will be pivotal in ensuring client success, optimizing operational efficiency, and strengthening iSOCRATES' market positioning.
You will manage cross-functional global teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and represent iSOCRATES in key strategic conversations with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall AdTech & MarTech strategy in alignment with business goals and performance marketing objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends including privacy regulations, cookie deprecation, AI-led innovation, and new media platforms.
Identify and implement cutting-edge AdTech and MarTech solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and automation.
Team & Delivery Management
- Lead a global team comprising performance marketing, ad monetization, ad operations, and programmatic audience development teams.
- Manage Trading P&L, ensuring profitability and adherence to organizational benchmarks.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across all deliverables.
- Conduct daily scrums with department managers to identify support needs and remove roadblocks.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee integration and performance of marketing and advertising tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, CDPs, CMS, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and MAPs like Marketo, Eloqua, and Pardot.
- Collaborate with Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to ensure scalable and consistent campaign execution across paid media, email, web, and social.
- Guide teams in optimizing campaigns using programmatic platforms and real-time bidding.
- Ensure ISO documentation compliance and process standardization across all delivery units.
Data & Analytics
- Oversee the use of first-party, third-party, and AI-powered analytics to improve campaign performance.
- Lead efforts on attribution modeling, MMM, A/B testing, and incrementality testing for campaign optimization.
- Develop real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and channel-wise performance.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Join discovery calls and onboard new clients in collaboration with the Partner Success and Delivery teams.
- Provide business insights and inventory forecasts to Account Management and Marketing teams.
- Consolidate and present QBRs with strategic data and delivery metrics.
Talent & Capability Building
- Support recruitment and workforce planning across functions in collaboration with TA and HR.
- Lead department-specific training through the iSOCRATES Academy, including technical and soft skills development.
- Partner with HR to conduct TNA, finalize training modes (online/offline), and identify internal/external trainers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in AdTech & MarTech with 8–10 years in a leadership role managing large delivery teams (50+ members).
- Proven expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing, and campaign lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, DMPs, CDPs, data onboarding, and real-time bidding platforms.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform, Meta, Google Ads, StackAdapt, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, SQL, and dashboarding tools.
- Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel campaign orchestration.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Mobile, CTV, DOOH, Audio, and other emerging media formats is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Certifications in tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, or similar platforms are advantageous.
- Exposure to AI-driven advertising and predictive analytics tools is a strong plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced digital-first environment (agency, platform, or SaaS preferred)
