Key Responsibilities:
Business & Product Strategy Alignment
- Collaborate with leadership to understand MADTECH.AI's business vision, goals, and objectives, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Partner with the Group Product Manager and Director to define, prioritize, and refine product features and enhancements based on strategic goals.
- Continuously analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer pain points to optimize product positioning and identify new opportunities.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and leadership) to gather and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Develop clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and user stories to guide development teams.
- Define epics, user journeys, wireframes, and process flow to support the development and delivery of high-quality products.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all departments.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams to define, validate, and execute product features that align with business objectives.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and problem-solving.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze business metrics, customer feedback, and system performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track product adoption, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of product features.
- Collaborate with teams to define KPIs for measuring product success and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Agile & Product Development Lifecycle
- Collaborate within an Agile environment, actively engaging in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient product development.
- Ensure that product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule within sprint cycles.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features, ensuring they meet business and user requirements before release.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain and update comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and FAQs to ensure accessibility and clarity for internal and external users.
- Train internal teams (Partner Success, Sales, and Marketing) on new product features, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate product value to clients.
- Support the creation of presentations, demos, and business cases to assist leadership and clients in understanding and adopting new product features.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS-based product development.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AdTech & MarTech ecosystems (programmatic advertising, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, AI-driven marketing, analytics platforms).
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart).
Communication & Analytical Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful business insights.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
Good-to-Have:
- Prior experience working in a SaaS-based product company or AI-driven AdTech/MarTech solutions.
- Exposure to AI, ML, automation technologies in marketing/advertising domains.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, or other programmatic platforms.
